Treatment
What can I do if I'm already sick?
Rest as much as possible.
Give your body a chance to fight the bug.
Drink plenty of fluids.
You need to drink six to eight glasses of water or juice a day.
Eat well if you are hungry.
Hot soups and other nourishing foods will help you regain your strength.
Try to stay home.
Bugs travel easily; to avoid spreading your bug to others, stay home as long as you can.
Wash your hands often.
Wash your hands before touching food and after sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose, or visiting the washroom.
